Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At KundaliCard, we deal in natural gemstones, spiritual products, and handcrafted items. Due to the nature of these products, all purchases are governed by the policy outlined below. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during transit, or

The incorrect product was delivered.
Time Limit:
Any request for return, replacement, or refund must be raised within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
Condition:
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, along with all accompanying items.
Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Authenticity Assurance – Gemstones
If any gemstone purchased from KundaliCard is proven to be synthetic or artificial by a government-recognized, ISO-certified, or internationally reputed gemological institute, the customer is eligible for:

100% refund, or

Replacement, or
-
Exchange
Note:
Courier charges, taxes (GST/VAT), customs duties, and certification costs are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Categories
(Unless damaged during transit)
The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Customized or made-to-order jewelry

Beads & bracelets
-
Rudraksha
-
Sacred trees or plants
-
Rakhi
-
Products delivered exactly as ordered
4. Refund Process
Once a return or refund request is approved after internal verification:

Refunds are processed within 7 working days

Amount is credited to the original payment source within 10–12 working days, subject to banking timelines
Payment-wise Refund Mode:

Prepaid Orders (Card / UPI / Net Banking): Credited back to the original account within 5–7 working days
-
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund initiated after receiving customer bank details
Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions are beyond the control of KundaliCard or Shiwalay Digital Pvt. Ltd.
5. Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted For
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind or personal dislike

Minor packaging damage

Natural color, texture, or size variations

Slight design differences due to handcrafted nature
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, images, and size charts before placing an order.
6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

If the order is not yet picked up by the courier, customers may request:

An addition to the same order, or
-
An exchange for another product of equal value

Such requests are subject to internal approval.
7. Conditions for Return Acceptance
To be eligible for return or exchange:

Product certificate

Packaging

Lab certificates (if applicable)

Products are subject to inspection and verification by the KundaliCard quality team

Damages caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not covered
Rudraksha Policy:
Rudraksha returns will be accepted only if accompanied by a certificate issued by a government-approved laboratory.
